I wouldn't mind paying for an 11 dollar glass of wine but I'll be damned if I'll drink it it with the illegal gamblers and rough drug dealers who make up the second floor of the establishment most nights. This place has little class or charm. It's a throwback to a downtown that has and should have disappeared a couple of years ago at the most.March 29, 2017
